  3.    lists the hostmasks that the bot is currently discarding msgs,
  4.    etc from.  the ignores are numbered, so they can be easily
  5.    removed with '-ignore' by number.  a permanent ignore looks
  6.    like this:

  8.             Xerxes: spamming me

  10.    this kind of ignore can only be stopped by using '-ignore'.
  11.    Xerxes is the one who added it, and his comment is "spamming
  12.    me".  he added it at about 18:38 today.  a temporary ignore
  13.    looks like this:
  14.       [  2] *!*@shellx.best.com (expires at 19:59)
  15.             MyBot: msg/notice flood
  16.             Started 18:59
  17.    that means the ignore was made automatically by the bot at
  18.    18:59, because someone flooded it.  it can be removed with
  19.    '-ignore', or it will expire an hour after it started (this
  20.    is set in 'ignore-time').

  22.    if you use 'ignores <wildcard>' it will list all the ignores
  23.    that match against your wildcard.
